Do not pull the base with casters
forward unless you are cleaning
the combi steamer case or the
floor/surface below the units, in
which case you should make sure
not to pull it forward by more than
the 0.5 m allowed by the attached
retaining element
■
Make sure to always lock the cas‐
ters wheels when the units are
running
■
Every day before using the units,
check to make sure that the cas‐
ters' wheels are locked
Pinch point hazard

by hot wastewater

by hot, liquid food
