The top edge of the lower panel must rest on the hat
channel of the roof frame. Adjust as needed.
17. Verify that the UV-protected surface of the panel is
toward the sun. The top edge of the lower panel will be

19. Return to the overlap seam and install Tek screws
and washers though the two panels and into the hat
channel.
20. Repeat the steps to install the remaining roof panels for
the first side of the greenhouse.

Install end cap (104548) on the bottom edge of
the upper polycarbonate roof panels only
. Tape both
edges of the lower roof panel with vent tape
21. Continue installing panels until the first side of the roof
is covered.
NOTE:
If the final roof panels are too wide and extend
beyond the end rafter more than 1/2", trim the panels to
the correct width. This edge is finished with flashing in
a later procedure.
Flashing is 2" x 4" to cover any irregular cuts and joints
between the end and roof panels.
ATTENTION:
When securing the set of end roof
panels,
do not
install Tek screws along the outer edge.
Flashing is installed in a later step to cover the area
where the end panels meet the roof panels.
