Diagram above shows the frame with an attached

customer-supplied baseboard. Length and width may

differ from actual frame.

23. Verify that all panel overlap seams are secured with

Tek screws and washers installed through the two

panels and into the hat channel.

Repeat steps to install the roof panels for remaining

bay(s).

NOTE:

Adjust roof panels on the gutter side of the roof

so a gap remains between panels of different bays to

allow water to drain into the gutter.

24. After all roof panels are installed for all bays, continue

by installing the hat channel for the polycarbonate side

panels of the two outer walls.

frame, install the remaining roof panels using the

previous steps as a guide.

INSTALL THE HAT CHANNEL FOR THE SIDE PANELS

Side panels are attached to the frame in the same manner

as roof panels. Complete these steps to attach the hat

channel runs to the outer side of the assembled bays.

SPECIAL NOTE:

Install the hat channel to the two (2)

outside walls only. The interior walls of the individual

bays—the walls that are adjacent to one another when the

bays are connected—do not include hat channel.
1. Beginning at one end of the frame along one side,

measure 12" up from ground level and mark the

location on the side of the end rafter leg.

2. Move to the other end rafter along the same side and

repeat Step 1.

3. Stretch a chalk line end-to-end between the marks,

verify that the line is level, and snap to mark the

location of the first run of hat channel. Use a permanent

marker if desired to mark the chalk line locations to

ensure a uniform installation.

4. Measure 36" up from the first mark and repeat the

steps to mark the next run of hat channel.
