END WALL INSTALLATION (continued)
14. Using the marks on the base rail for the rough opening
for the door, attach the bottom of each door jamb to the
base rail using a QH1330 angle frame bracket. Consult
the End Wall Diagram.
8. Measure the distance
between the top of the base rail
and the QH1402 band clamp
(Step 6) to determine the
length of the first door jamb.
9. Choose one 96" plain square tubing, insert the swaged
end of the long #102897 tube into the plain end of the
selected tube and tap with a hammer to properly seat
the tubes at the joint.
10. On this assembled frame member, mark the length
determined in Step 8 (above) and subtract 1-3/4" to
account for the 104074 square to round tube bracket
which is attached to the top of the frame tube (shown
below and on the End Wall Diagram).
11. Select a 104074 square to round tube bracket and
attach the bracket to one end of the vertical frame
member. Use a 5/16" drill bit to drill a hole through the
tube and attach the bracket to the tube using a nut and
carriage bolt (FAH320).
15. With the door jambs attached at the bottom and loose
at the top, measure each frame member to locate the
height of the rough door opening and mark the location
on the inside of the door frame. Consult the End Wall
Diagram if needed.

12. Repeat Steps 8-11 for the remaining door jamb.
13. With the 104074 bracket attached to the top of each
door jamb, use the bolt in the QH1402 band clamp to
attach the 104074 bracket to the band clamp.
Do not
tighten at this time

NOTE:
The heads of the bolts for each clamp are to the
outside (or front) of the greenhouse. At this point, the
door jambs should be loosely attached to the chord of
the end rafter assembly.
