NOTE:

Remove any Tek screws along this sidewall

edge if needed and reinstall these through the flashing

and into the sidewall hat channel. The flashing must fit

flush against the polycarbonate sidewall panels.

Do not

overtighten the Tek screws

2. Attach the flashing to the sidewall hat channel.
3. Cut another section and install to finish the corner joint.

Overlap the top of the first section by a few inches.

5. Take another section of flashing and install it along the

roof edge of the end wall. Flashing is shown placed on

top of the roof panel. Secure the edge with Tek screws

and washers driven into the hat channel of the roof.

INSTALL THE ROOF FLASHING (continued)

Complete these steps to install the flashing:
1. Measure and cut the first section of 106513 flashing to

install along the edge of the upper sidewall panel. See

the arrow in the diagram below.

4. Move to the other corner of the first end wall and repeat

Steps 1-3 to install that flashing.

ATTENTION:

Do not install Tek screws and washers

through the 4" flashing surface that overlaps the top

edge of the end wall panels.

This 4" surface of the flashing will not sit flush against

the end wall panels due to the mounting screws and

washers that secure the panels to the end rafter. When

installed correctly, a small gap will remain between the

flashing and the end panel.

Do not install screws though the flashing and into the

end rafter. Doing so will result in an uneven installation

and appearance.

6. Using additional sections of flashing, continue working

along the roof edge, up and over the peak, and down

to the point where the corner flashing meets the roof

panel.

NOTE:

Overlap the different flashing sections and cut

slits in the flashing to allow it to bend over the peak of

the rafter as needed.

Install the flashing

under the ridge cap

. When you

reach that point, remove any Tek screws that secure

the ridge cap to the hat channel, slide the flashing

under the ridge cap and reinstall the Tek screws. If no

screws are at the ends of the ridge cap, install screws

through the ridge cap and flashing to secure the ridge

cap at each end.

7. Continue by applying the silicone to seal seams and

panels.
