UPPER CORNER END WALL PANELS (continued)

NOTE:

Remember to cut and install a section of the

H-channel (vertical seam) between the last upper end

panel (X) and the final corner end panel prepared in

this procedure.

3. With the panel in position and using the roof panels

and side panels as a template, mark the height and

width

on the backside of the 6' x 8' panel

4. Lift the panel from the frame and cut the panel. Cut

the panel height so that it matches the height of the

installed end panels.

5. After cutting the panel, remove the protective film, and

tape the top edge using the white vent tape.

6. Measure the lower edge of the panel, cut a section of

104548 end cap to cover the edge, and install end cap

profile along the lower edge.

7. Place the panel back into position and secure to the

end wall frame and end rafter as previously described.

8. Repeat the steps for all remaining upper end panels at

each corner. Refer to the Polycarbonate Panel Front

and Back Views located in the Quick Start section for

further information.

9. Once all corner panels are installed, continue with the

installation of the flashing to finish the roof edge.

INSTALL THE ROOF FLASHING

After all end panels are installed, finish the roof edge using

the 2" x 4" 106513 flashing. This flashing is bent at a right

angle to overlap the upper edge of the end wall panels.

Flashing is cut as needed to finish the area along the edge

of the end walls.

NOTE:

Install flashing with the 2" wide section positioned

on the roof and along the sidewall. The 4" wide surface

overlaps onto the end wall panels. Attach the flashing to the

roof and sidewall hat channel for a finished appearance.

The steps that follow describe this installation.
