A value that indicates the configuration policies currently desired in a node
(corresponds to ANSI {fddiSMT 26}). This is always 0.

The timer, expressed in seconds, used in the Neighbor Notification protocol
(corresponds to ANSI {fddiSMT 29}). It has a range of 2 seconds to 30 seconds,
and its default value is 30 seconds (refer to ANSI SMT 8.2).

If true (1), indicates that the node will generate Status Reporting Frames for its
