ATX MIB Reference Guide

lpbkIndex

{lpbkEntry 1}

Integer Read-Only

The port number, beginning with 1 for the first port.

lpbkOperation

{lpbkEntry 2}

Integer Read-Write

The type of loopback being performed. Setting lpbkOperation to loopback-off
causes loop back operation to terminate. Setting lpbkOperation to loopback-local
or loopback-remote causes loopback operation to commence, and the ATX
automatically resets lpbkOperation to loopback-off when the loopback operation
has completed. Possible values include:

•

loopback-off (1) – terminate loopback

•

loopback-local (2) – commence local loopback

•

loopback-remote (3) – commence remote loopback

lpbkDestAddr

{lpbkEntry 3}

MacAddress Read-Write

The MAC address of the target device, only needed for remote loopback.

lpbkPktNum

{lpbkEntry 4}

Integer Read-Write

The number of loopback packets to be transmitted.

lpbkInterval

{lpbkEntry 5}

TimeTicks Read-Write

The desired time delay between the reception of a looped back packet, and the
transmission of the next packet to be looped back.

lpbkPktLength

{lpbkEntry 6}

Integer Read-Write

The length (in octets) of the loopback packet. The values of the data itself are
automatically selected by the ATX.

lpbkIncrements

{lpbkEntry 7}

Integer Read-Write

The number of bytes of data to be added to the loopback packet after each
successful loopback packet transmission and reception. When the port’s
maximum packet size has been reached, the ATX automatically begins again,
starting with lpbkPktLength.
