15. Dual Gas Monitoring

Overview

The Dual Gas module extracts gas samples from animal breath. It continuously measures CO2 and

one of five anesthetic agents (isoflurane, sevoflurane, enflurane, halothane and desflurane) with
manual selection of the specific agent type. All measured values as well as derived values are passed
to the Veterinary Multiparameter Monitor.
