When the inverter starts, the PID output is fixed to the PID initial value PA-21. After the
PID initial value hold time PA-22, the PID starts the closed-loop adjustment operation. Figure
6-27 shows the function of the PID initial value.

This function is used to limit the difference between PID output two beats (2ms/beat),
so as to suppress the PID output from changing too fast, and the inverter operation tends
to be stable.
