Troubleshooting

This section describes how to troubleshoot your Lift.

Note

If your Lift is not functioning correctly, you must take it out of service until it is fixed.

Important

: All repair work

Power Unit

Problem

Possible cause

Solution

Motor runs, but Lift

Platform does not move

or moves very slowly.

The motor is rotating in the

wrong direction.

3-Phase power only. Reconnect

main power supply by swapping

two power leads to reverse the
magnetic field.

Insufficient or no Hydraulic Oil in

the reservoir.

Refill Hydraulic Oil reservoir.

Hydraulic Oil intake broken.

Repair/Replace oil intake pipe.
