Outgoing SMS Management
CAPTURE has the possibility of forwarding specific SMS messages depending on the arisen events.
These messages can be technical or alarm and/or to reset the inputs.
Technical messages
relate to situations which power supply, battery or other anomalies, and are automatically composed by using a library of
pre-recorded SMS
Zone messages
relate to signals of the zone inputs for alarm, reset and exclusion communications.
The zone SMS are composed by the sequence of the 4 standard words to which the zone strip is added.

Incoming SMS Management
It is possible to request the execution of remote controls from
the control panel by using suitably coded SMS.
The same operations envisioned for the vocal RTC connection
can be requested.
The incoming SMS messages are carried out only if:
- the sender telephone number is associated to a user
- the associated user is RTC enabled with automatic validation
depending on the telephone number
- are syntactically correct
- request actions for which the user is enabled
Commands List
More commands can be placed in line in the same SMS, as
long as:
- the total length does not exceed 43 digits
- the commands are separated by #
- every command is preceded and followed by #
The excess spaces are deleted
Example of correct sequences
#excl 12#excl 15#arm on 2#zones state#
Example of INCORRECT sequences
#excl 12#arm on 2#zones state
excl 12 arm on 2#zones state##
Only command #answ# and the SMS of #state ... # envision the sending of a reply message; the others do not generate feedback (not even in
case of error).
The command #answ# sends, in one or more SMS, confirmation of the controlled operations; it can be included anywhere inside the SMS.
The command #system state# sends, in one or more SMS, also including:
- SIM CARD residue credit
The “zones” and “exclusions” sections contain the number list of the relative zones (number sequence separated by spaces).
An SMS is sent; every section is contained in only one SMS, but an SMS can contain more sections.
Should the individual section have such a size to exceed the max limit envisioned, the message is stopped and ended with suspension dots.
Example: #zone 1 2 23 open ...#
In this case, the exceeding parameters are not communicated.
