Checking Credit and Expiry of the SIM Card for XGSM - XGSM485 and XGSM485PRO
Credit Check
This check is carried out cyclically regardless of the use of the GSM, or when the GSM module carries out operations using credit.
Upon reaching of the
8 Euros
threshold, the keypad displays the
LOW CREDIT
strip and, if the calls for have been enabled in the telephone
“associate events”,

SIM Card Expiry Date Setting
This operation is necessary every time a SIM is recharged or is activated for the first time, so that the control panel can notify, if enabled, of the
SIM Card expiry date.
We recommend setting the notice in advance compared to the same expiry date, to avoid blocks by the operator.
It is possible to display the residue credit, the level of GSM signal and vary the SIM Card expiry date by following the procedure described in the
User manual.
Recording of vocal messages
Depending on the equipment used (CAPTURE with DIGIVOC and XGSM485)it is possible the recording of forty (n. 40) customised vocal messages
for a total time of 120 seconds.
Every individual message can have a maximum recording time of 30 seconds.
These messages can then be used for communication of the control panel.
Recording with control panel procedure (CAPTURE e DIGIVOC):
To carry out recording, enable the RTC function and call the control panel on PSTN line.
Upon answering of the control panel enter the installer code and follow the vocal indications.
Should the PSTN telephone line not be available, simulate it using a switchboard.
Procedure:
1- Enable the PSTN telephone

4- Wait for the “enter code” control panel reply
5- Enter the installer code
Recording:

8- The recording automatically interrupts if you do not speak for more than 2 seconds.
Note:
The various messages will be recorded one after the other and are numbered during recording in increasing order from
1 to 40 and are linked to the telephone memory locations from 376 onwards.

ends the telephone communication

Plays the current message

Goes back by one or more recorded messages

It is the confirmation command without which many of the other commands are not carried out

it is not possible to delete an individual recorded message; the procedure, once activated, deletes all messages recorded on the customisable
memory.
