Viewing audit files on a computer

An example of the contents of a USB backup is shown
below.

Each cycle run will be recorded as a ‘txt’ log file, and a
password protected ‘PDF’ log file.

The txt file can be viewed using Microsoft Wordpad or
Notepad.

The txt file is a copy of the printout from the intergrated
printer, if this option was selected.

A password protected ‘Archive’ file is automatically
generated. This file contains a record of:

User login and logout attempts.

Any value that has been changed and by which User.

The time and date that an event occurred.

To open a password protected PDF file

Double click on the PDF file that is required for viewing.

Adobe Acrobat Reader should automatically open and
ask for the password.

Enter the password: 666666

The audit file should now be displayed. An example is
shown below.
