Cause

The communication cable is not connected correctly to the external device.

Remedy Press

to clear the error.

Securely connect the communication cable to both the instrument and host.

Test strip marker error

Cause

The test strip type detected from the strip marker and the test strip type setting do not match.

Remedy Press

to clear the error.

↓

Make the correct setting for the type of test strips loaded into the feeder (see page 2-6).

Check the feeder contains the correct type of test strips, and remove the wrong types of test
strips, if there are any.
