6.20 Crankcase breather filter - Condor 3
and 4
There are 2 filter elements in the filter housing [1].
Replacing the filter elements:
1. Turn the engine off and take the ignition key
with you.
2. Remove the filter cover.
3. Replace the filter elements [2].
4. Place the filter cover back.
6.21 Alternator belt - Condor 2
A cam [1] on the belt tensioner [2] indicates if the
belt [3] must be replaced.
Replace the belt when the distance [X] is less than
3 mm.
Replace the belt at least 1x per year.
6.22 Cooling unit
Cleaning the cooling unit:
1. Turn the engine off and take the ignition key
with you.
2. Open the cover [1].
3. Unhook the two springs [2].
4. Pull the cooling unit screen [3] down.
5. Clean the cooling unit screen with a blow
gun [4].
6. Clean the cooling unit [5] with a blow gun.
7. Place the cooling unit screen back.
