6.35 Suction filter
Condor 5: in preparation
Condor 2, 3 and 4.
Cleaning / replacing the filter element:
1. Turn the engine off.
2. Turn the ignition on.
3. Make sure that you do
not get spray liquid on your body. Close the
electric valves before you remove the filter
cap:
1. Press the button below the symbol .
2. Press the button below the symbol .
3. Wait until the symbol becomes green :
the electric valves are closed.
4. Use Personal Protective
Equipment specified by the chemical manu-
facturer (refer to the label and the Safety Da-
ta Sheet).
5.
Loosen the ring [2] with the hook wrench [1].
6. Remove the ring [2].
7. Remove the filter cap [3].
8. Check the O-ring [4].
9. Remove and clean the filter element [5]. Re-
place the filter element if necessary.
10. Place the parts back into the filter housing.
11. Hand-tighten the ring [2].
12. Press the button below the symbol .
Wait until the symbol becomes gray: .
The electric valves are back in their initial
position.
13. If you forget the previous step:
Symbol appears on the main screen in
the cab.
Press on the main screen: the electric
valves go back to their initial position.
