NOTICE Prevent serious engine problems:
•
Keep the fuel filler cap and the fuel tank clean.
•
Keep the DEF filler cap and the DEF tank clean.
•
Keep equipment for fuel and DEF clean and separated.
NOTICE DEF is very corrosive:
•
Remove spilled DEF with water and a clean cloth.
•
Replace any electrical component if you have spilled DEF on it.
NOTICE Do not start the engine:
•
If you have accidentally put DEF in the fuel tank.
•
If you have accidentally put fuel in the DEF tank.
Even a small quantity of DEF or fuel in the wrong tank will cause serious dam-
age if you start the engine.
NOTICE Prevent serious engine problems:
•
Use suitable DEF (ISO 22241 / DIN 70070).
•
Do not put water or antifreeze in the DEF tank.
If you do not use suitable DEF, the engine torque and the engine speed will be
decreased and you can no longer work with the machine. In this case, you
need a service engineer of the engine manufacturer to reset the system.
NOTICE
When the fuel tank is almost empty, a message will appear on
the main screen.
Fill the fuel tank and the DEF tank.
