6.27 Cab air filter in filter cabinet (option)
Pressurized cab
WARNING Replace the carbon filter element every 3 months. Replace all filter elements
(carbon, aerosol and dust) every 6 months. Replace the dust filter element
sooner if the warning light “cab pressure” stays on after the left door has been
closed 30 seconds and the fan is running at maximum speed.
Do not use the crop sprayer without the filter elements.
Do not try to clean the filter elements.
Do not use damaged filter elements.
Open the airtight packaging of the carbon filter element immediately before
use. Do not open the packaging sooner.
Do not use a carbon filter element of which the packaging:
•
Was damaged.
•
Was opened at an unknown date.
Because the filter elements take up dirt, their air resistance will increase. The
air resistance of the dust filter element increases the most.
Replacing the filter elements:
1. Turn the engine off and take the ignition key
with you.
2. Use Personal Protective
Equipment: chemical resistant gloves, a
chemical resistant overall and respiratory
protection.
3. Disconnect the cable [1].
4. Open the door [2].
5. Remove the filter elements in this sequence:
[5], [4], [3].
6. Put the filter elements in a plastic bag.
7. Clean the inside of the cabinet with a moist
cloth. Do not use a pressure washer.
8. Check the rubber seal [6]. Replace the rub-
ber seal if necessary.
9. Clean the air inlets [7] if necessary.
10. Check the hose [8] for leaks. Replace the
hose if necessary.
