13. Mix 30 minute epoxy in mixing cup and use a
stick to apply the epoxy to the stabilizer mount-
ing rails as shown. Install the stab onto the stabi-
lizer saddle. Use alcohol wetted wipes to remove
any excess epoxy.
14. Allow epoxy to fully cure before moving on to
the hinging of the elevator.
15. Mix epoxy in mixing cup and use a tapered stick
to apply the epoxy inside the pre-drilled holes in
the trailing edge of the elevator. Apply epoxy to
each hinge.
16. Slide hinges into the predrilled holes in the ele-
vator as shown. Make sure the hinges are pushed
in all the way to avoid any gaps in the hinge line.
