Interpolating Calibration Data
When {INTERPOLATE ON/OFF} is set to ON, the calibration data is performed the interpolation
error correction measurement even if the stimulus setting shown below is changed during error
correction measurement (during calibration).
•
Change of the sweep range (within the calibration range)
•
Change of the sweep type (within the constraints)
•
Change of the sweep point number
