Acknowledges an event when the FSO module is in use. See section

Black channel
Communication channel that is not safe as it has not been designed
and/or validated according to IEC 61508. The reliability of the
connection can be secured with an additional security protocol, for
example PROFIsafe, on top of the black channel.
Cat.
Classification of the safety-related parts of a control system. The
categories are: B, 1, 2, 3 and 4. (EN ISO 13849-1)
