The following table describes the fields in this screen.
Table 5-5 IP Setup
LABEL DESCRIPTION
IP Address Enter the IP address of the line card in dotted decimal notation for example 192.168.1.1.
IP Subnet Mask Your line card automatically calculates the subnet mask based on the IP address that you
assign. Unless you are implementing subnetting, use the subnet mask computed by the line
card.
Default
Gateway Enter the IP address of the default outgoing gateway in dotted decimal notation.
Apply Click Apply to save your changes.
Cancel Click Cancel to begin configuring this screen afresh.
