Getting Started Screens
This chapter explains the General Setup, Switch Setup, and IP Setup screens.
5.1 Getting Started Screens Overview
This chapter discusses the General Setup , Switch Setup and IP Setup web configurator screens. These screens
apply to the card in general.
5.2 General Setup Screen
Click General Setup in the navigation panel to open this screen.
Use this screen to set up general identification information for the line card.

The following table describes the fields in this screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
System Name Choose a descriptive name for identification purposes. This name can be up to 30
alphanumeric characters long.
Location Enter the geographic location (up to 30 characters) of your line card .
Contact Person's
Name Type the name (up to 30 characters) of the person in charge of this line card.
Apply Click Apply to save your changes.
Cancel Click Cancel to begin configuring this screen afresh.
