Labels on the suspension system

Friction information
Explanation of brake effect, which can be achieved by actuating the fric-
tion adjustment knob.

Warning label "Maximum load capacity"
The maximum weight of the add-ons (accessory equipment) to the micro-
scope must not exceed 9 kg!

"User manual" label
Observe the user manual or accompanying documents.

"Risk of crushing" warning label
Fingers may be crushed. Do not touch this area while moving the surgical
microscope or parts of it.

Locking the movement of the suspension arm.
This symbol indicates that the suspension arm can be secured to prevent
an abrupt upward movement.

Releasing the magnetic brake
This symbol identifies the bar that must be pressed in order to release the
magnetic brake on the suspension arm.

Weight compensation of suspension arm
After all accessory tools have been attached to the surgery microscope,
this adjustment screw can be used to balance the weight of the suspen-
sion arm.

"Moving position" label
Indicates the transport position of the system. Before transporting the
system, make sure that it is in this position in order to avoid any damage.
