320h:
Regenerative
Overload
The power supply
voltage exceeded the
specified range.
Measure the power
supply voltage.
Set the power supply volt-
age within the specified
range.
–
The external regener-
ative resistance value
or Regenerative
Resistor capacity is
too small, or there has
been a continuous
regeneration state.
Check the operating
conditions or the
capacity.
Change the regenerative
resistance value or capac-
ity.
Reconsider the operating
conditions.
*2
There was a continu-
ous regeneration state
because a negative
load was continu-
ously applied.
Check the load applied
to the Servomotor
during operation.
Reconsider the system
including the servo,
machine, and operating
conditions.
–
The setting of Pn600
(2600h) (Regenera-
tive Resistor Capacity)
is smaller than the
capacity of the Exter-
nal Regenerative
Resistor.
Check to see if a
Regenerative Resistor is
connected and check
the setting of Pn600
(2600h).
Correct the setting of
Pn600 (2600h).
The setting of Pn603
(2603h) (Regenerative
Resistance) is smaller
than the capacity of
the External Regener-
ative Resistor.
Check to see if a
Regenerative Resistor is
connected and check
the setting of Pn603
(2603h).
Correct the setting of
Pn603 (2603h).
The external regener-
ative resistance is too
high.
Check the regenerative
resistance.
Change the regenerative
resistance to a correct
value or use an External
Regenerative Resistor of
an appropriate capacity.
*2
A failure occurred in
the SERVOPACK.
–
The SERVOPACK may be
faulty. Replace the SER-
VOPACK.
–
330h:
Main Circuit
Power Supply
Wiring Error
(Detected when
the main circuit
power supply is
turned ON.)
The Regenerative
Resistor was discon-
nected when the
SERVOPACK power
supply voltage was
high.
Measure the resistance
of the Regenerative
Resistor using a mea-
suring instrument.
If you are using the
Regenerative Resistor built
into the SERVOPACK,
replace the SERVOPACK.
If you are using an Exter-
nal Regenerative Resis-
tor, replace the External
Regenerative Resistor.
–
DC power was sup-
plied when an AC
power supply input
was specified in the
settings.
Check the power sup-
ply to see if it is a DC
power supply.
Correct the power supply
setting to match the
actual power supply.
AC power was sup-
plied when a DC
power supply input
was specified in the
settings.
Check the power sup-
ply to see if it is an AC
power supply.
Correct the power supply
setting to match the
actual power supply.
A failure occurred in
the SERVOPACK.
