Get ready the IEEE1284-B type parallel interface connector on the printer. The shape of
the connector is as follows.
Pin Configuration
The configuration of each communication pin is as follows (when bi-direction is OFF).
•
I/O can be seen from the printer where "I" refers to input signal and
"O" refers to the output signal.
•
The connection cable used when bi-direction is ON should adhere to
the IEEE 1284-B type connector standard.
