4.5  Paper Transport Problems

Description

Possible Cause

Is the paper tray specified
correctly on the printer driver?

Are the guide clips of the paper
tray in the correct positions?

Is the A3 oversize guide lifted
when loading paper other than
A3 oversize on the manual tray?

Check the paper tray setting on the
printer driver. If the optional tray
module is installed but the printer
configuration has not been changed,
trays 2 and 3 will not be able to supply
paper to the printer.  Change the
setting.

Online Help

Adjust the vertical and horizontal guide
clips of the paper tray to their correct
positions.
