Terminology used in this manual
Binder 120 Whenever the term “Binder 120” appears in this manual, it refers to
the Xerox Document Binder 120.
Host machine Whenever the term “host machine” appears in this manual, it refers
to the Xerox copier that is used for making the copy sets that are
delivered to the Binder 120.
Host machine Output Tray Whenever the term “host machine Output Tray” appears in this
manual, it refers to the Stacker Output Tray or Side Output Tray of
the host machine.
Conventions used in this manual
This manual uses the following conventions:
Bold Boldface characters in the middle of a text string refer to selections
on the Control Panel (for example, “press the
Manual Start button”).
Initial capitals Specific part names of the machine are identified by initial capitals
(for example, Interface Module, Manual Feeder, Cover Tray 1, etc.).
