FAULT FINDING - CARBONATOR (CONTINUED)
PROBLEM
CAUSE
SOLUTION
PARTIAL LOSS OF
CHARGE
Carbonator
vessel failing to
fill.
CO2 cylinder
empty.
This is evident
by a large build
up of ice on
bottom bank
coils.
Confirm operation of water pump by taking still
vend. If the pump is not working check pump.
Unplug the Level Probe connector from the main
loom within the deck area, take carbonated vend,
pump should run continuously for 15 seconds, if
not a PCB malfunction is likely.
Check and replace.
Return to Westomatic full for two or three ice
inspection/service.
