Error code 61 – Grinder Jam

SWITCH
Error code 92 – Loss of 12V
Check and replace FS4, located on the CPU board.
Error code 94 – Triac Current Failure
If a circuit within the machine becomes open circuit i.e. a motor or valve fail,
error code 94 will be displayed. Check address 011 (last selection recall) to
determine which motors/valves have been activated.
SWITCH MACHINE OFF
Remove Bean canister and clear
any blockages to the dosing
switch. Remove brewer and
ensure the filters are clean.
Reassemble Grinder unit.
SWITCH MACHINE ON.
Does the brewer home to its correct location (do
the arrows on the side of the brewer line-up)?
Vend 3 black coffees; does the
pressure gauge (located behind the
grinder) remain within the green?
Adjust the grind coarse adjuster to
bring the pressure gauge back into
the green.
SWITCH MACHINE OFF
Set your voltmeter to read continuity.
Remove the grinder to gain access
to the two cam switches.
Manually operate each switch
and measure for continuity
across the legs, is continuity
measured on each of the
individual switched?
Replace faulty switch (P/N FAS
163.00621A)

Remove SKT4 and measure for
continuity across pin 1 (White/Red)
and pin 4 (Blue/Red), grinder seal
switch, and across pin 1 (White/Red)
and pin 5 (Red/Green), grinder home
switch, is continuity measured when
the switches are manually activated?

Locate break
within loom
