the boiler fill switch (top
switch located on the boiler
lid), does opening and closing
the switch make and break
continuity?
Replace boiler fill

across SKT 4/6
(Grey/Blue) and SKT
4/1 (White/Red) with
the switch in its full
position, is continuity
measured?

Locate break
within the loom
Y
Remove SKT5 from the processor and measure the
resistance across pin 1 (Yellow) and pin 2 (White). Does
the resistance correspond to the water temperature (refer
to graph of resistance verses temperature chart)
Replace over
