FAULT FINDING - CARBONATOR

Reset CO2 Regulator 50psi.
Reset drink strength.
Dispense tube dirty. Clean with ‘Sanitiser’.
Check the airflow over the unit condenser and
clean if necessary, or carry out ‘fridge check (see
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM TEST
PROCEDURE).
Change cylinder.
Check and replace if unable to reset to 50psi
Reset dispense times - nominally
5.0 seconds for carbonated water &
3.0 seconds syrup.
(See POOR CARBONATION)
Check mains water supply - minimum 20psi.
Check filter cartridge (if fitted), replace if
necessary.
Check that pump works on dispense of drink.
Check electrical connections to carbonator PCB
control box
Fit gauge to discharge and check dead head
pressure (125psi).
