13. OpenArt-System
The Main Display
The Main Display appears automatically after turning your instrument on, and the OpenArt-System has loaded. It is
used to display the most important instrument settings as well as to control instrument functions, especially the ones
you use in combination with the push buttons for sound and rhythm selection. From here you can also access other
user interfaces through which you can control the manifold functions of your OpenArt-System. (Please note that
depending on the hardware configuration of your instrument, not all functions / buttons shown below and described
below may be available on your instrument).
Areas Of The Main Display
The Menu ‘Tab’ Bar
At the top of the Main Display is the Menu ‘Tab’ Bar. It is Blue in colour and runs the length of the TFT display.
When you are on the Main Display, the Tab ‘Main’ is highlighted (in a light Blue colour). When you press this button,
the Main Display will instantly appear.
From Left to Right, the next Tab button is ‘Selectors’. This page will allow you make additional and comprehensive
changes to the Sound Selectors. The next Tab button is called ‘Acc’. This is short for ‘Accompaniment’. This page al

lows you to make adjustments to the Accompaniment settings. The next Tab button is ‘Mixer’ and allows you to access
the Digital Mixer that controls the OAS sound sources and audio / digital inputs. The next Tab button is ‘Outputs’ and
allows you to access and adjust settings related to the Outputs of your instrument. The next Tab button is ‘Effects’.
