PLEASE NOTE: The Tempo of the new Style or Realdrum will change if the ‘Tempo-Mat’ option is activated
(ticked) in the Virtual ‘Acc’ options tab (found at the top of the Main Display - Third Tab Button Called ‘Acc’
‘Tempo-Mat’ allows users to decide whether they want to
load a Style or Realdrum with the Factory Pre-Set Tempo
or whether they would like to use the Style or Realdrum at
the tempo already specified by the User. See the
‘Accompaniment Chapter’ for more information.
11. Additional Rhythm Controls
When playing with styles and Realdrums, you should
remember that there are other special Rhythm controls
to help you along the way.
These push buttons can be found directly under the
Accompaniment group.

ACC On / Off
- This push button actives the Auto-Accompaniment for all Styles & Realdrums. The push button
LED will light up RED when it is activated. When active, you will hear the full auto-accompaniment. If there is no
sound, make sure that the grey accompaniment volume drawbars are not set to 0.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the ‘ACC On / Off’ push button also has a second function. On rare occas
sions the accompaniment section Tone Generator may need to be reset. So if there is a loss of accompani
ment sounds, push the ‘Acc On / Off’ push button and hold down for approximately 5-10 seconds (until a
Blue notice box appears on the Main Display advising you that the WERSI Tone Generators have been re-
set.

Piano Mode
- This push button allows you to quickly remove any split points from the Upper Manual. This function
was originally designed for the WERSI Abacus KS-1 single keyboard, but also works well all OAS instruments.

Auto Variation
- With this function active (push button Auto Variation in the Rhythm Controls group), variations
automatically change whenever you trigger one of the two Fill patterns. Fill 1 selects the next lower variation,
where Fill 2 selects the next higher variation.

Auto Bass
- With this push button active, the root of the currently played harmony will be played using the sound
that has been selected for the Bass (Auto-Accompaniment), no matter what chord inversion you play.

Manual Drums -
When this push button is active, the manual is turned into a drum kit. Now each of the manual
keys is assigned to a specific instrument of the drum kit.
•
Fade In / Out -
The Fade In / Out automatically fades in accompaniment types (Styles, Realdrums and Waves
etc) If you activate this button when there is no accompaniment playing, when you actually start the accompani
-
ment, it will Fade in. When the accompaniment is playing, by activating this function, you will hear a gradual fade
of the accompaniment, and the accompaniment will automatically stop.
