connect an external CCD camer a directly to the first port with coaxial cable. In this case, you may
select and monitor 2 types of 4-channel video sources. The first one is of Ch.0, Ch.2, Ch.3, and Ch.4,
and the other is of Ch.1, Ch.2, Ch.3, and Ch.4. Difference is Ch.0 that shows video signals from an
inner CCD of WebEye, and Ch.1. that shows video signals from an external CCD camera. You can
select which channel to use through ‘WebEye Setup Program’ or ‘Configuring Administrator’s
Condition at Homepage’ (Refer to Chapter V and VII)

To designate video signal termination. This is for expanded usage. If you want to connect external
CCD camera to CCTV monitoring system as well as WebEye, you can use T-type coaxial cable
jack. In this case, you should decide which one is terminal of video signal. WebEye is not affected
if the CCTV system is designated as terminal. However, CCTV system is affected if the WebEye is
designated as terminal. CCTV monitor will show vague image if it is not designated as terminal.
If you want to connect 4 external cameras to coaxial cable ports of WebEye and CCTV system at
the same time, you use T-type coaxial cable jack to WebEye’s coaxial cable port. In this case, you
should place 4 switches of 1, 2, 3, and 4 at the position of ‘OFF’. T-type jack has 3 ports to connect
coaxial cables from WebEye, an external CCD camera, and CCTV system.
If you want to connect 4 external cameras only to WebEye, you should place the switches at ‘ON’
