Retrieving Serial Number on Office Handset
To display the serial or IPEI number on the handset:
1. Press
Menu
2. Scroll to
Status
and press
Select
3. Scroll to
Firmware version
and press
Select
-The IPEI number will be displayed.
4. Press
Back
and
Exit
to exit the menu
To retrieve the serial number on the Rough/Office Handset.
1. Press down the back cover and slide it towards the bottom of the
handset.
2. Lift off the back cover.
3. Lift the battery and read the serial number.
4. Replace the battery and back cover.
