Checking the refrigerant circuit
!
Please note
Work on the refrigerant circuit
can result in equipment
damage.
All work on the refrigerant cir-
cuit must only be carried out by
a qualified refrigeration engi-
neer.
1. Observe the sight glass in the
refrigerant circuit:
No bubbles > 5 mm should be visi-
ble when the heating flow has sta-
bilised at 35 °C.
If bigger bubbles are observed,
locate the leak, repair it and top up
with refrigerant.
2. Check the humidity indicators on
the sight glasses. The refrigerant
circuit has a leak, if these indicate
a high level of humidity.
Setting the control parameters
1. Activate the " Tech. service level ".
For information regarding the

ing control parameters, see chap-
ter "Control settings" from page 65.
2. Check the control settings using
the details regarding standard set-
tings (from page 143).
Record only modified values in the
service report from page 143.
3. Acknowledge all fault messages
(see page 58).
Note
In this case, the fault messages are
not notifications of equipment
faults. These will have been cre-
ated by the manual control of some
equipment components during
commissioning.
Commissioning the DHW cylinder
Fill the DHW cylinder.
With the correct system definition, no
other settings are required to operate
the DHW cylinder. For required control unit settings, see
page 95 to 101.
