Only for type WWC: Filling the primary and the intermediate
circuit and checking the pressure
1. Only for commissioning:
Flush the primary and the inter-
mediate circuit.
2. Only for commissioning:
Fill and vent the primary circuit.
3. Only for commissioning:
Fill the intermediate circuit with
heat transfer medium "Tyfocor -15 °
C" and vent the circuit.
4. Check the pressure of the inter-
mediate circuit. The pressure
should be approx. 2 bar.
5. Check the inlet pressure of the dia-
phragm expansion vessel and
adjust, if required (see page 43).
Checking the input terminals and contactors
Check the voltage and cycle at the
power supply, at the input terminals
and at the contactors.
Voltage: 400 V 3

Rotating field: clockwise
If the phase asymmetry fault indicator
illuminates on the phase monitor (see
page), swap phases L1 and L3.

or functions at the control unit.
