SKATE PROTECTIVE GEAR
Thank you. You have chosen a TSG safety product designed especially
for action sport athletes. Please read the following information carefully.
Correctly used and cared for, it will keep you better protected and satisfied.
TESTING AND APPROVAL
TSG skate protectors have been tested against the manufacturer’s specifi-
cations and EU Type-Examination certification has been issued by the test
laboratory mentioned on page 2.
The protectors are CE marked to denote compliance with the Personal Pro-
tective Equipment Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
The following European Standards have been used in the evaluation of
this product:
- EN 14120:2003+A1:2007: Protective clothing - Wrist, palm, knee and el-
bow protectors for users of roller sports equipment
- EN13688:2013 – Protective clothing - General requirements

PROTECTION PROVIDED
Protector CE certified to Personal Protective Equipment Regulation (EU)
2016/425.
Skate protection conforms to Level 1 - Protectors intended to be suitable for
normal roller sports or Level 2 - Protectors intended to be suitable for use in
acrobatic roller sports requirements of EN 14120.
Performance requirements of protectors for users of roller sports equipment
are based on 3 ranges of body mass:
Range A: Users of up to 25 kg body mass (TSG size TXXS, XXS)
Range B: Users of body mass more than 25 kg to 50 kg (TSG size XS)
Range C: Users of body mass above 50 kg (TSG size S, M, L, XL)
USE
Products meeting the requirements of the technical specifications listed
above are intended to reduce the severity or incidence of soft tissue injuries
such as bruising, contusions, cuts and abrasions during roller sport activi-
