pane

run
and
stop
a
capture.
You
can
also
set
the
idle.

Disabling
a
port
can
be
used
to
save
recording
buffer
space.
A
disabled
port
can
still
trigger
the
analyzer.
Auto
Speed
is
the
default
port
speed
selection.
It
will
automatically
detect
and
display
the
line
speed.
In
rare
cases
(such
as
debugging
speed
negotiation),
it
might
be
desired
to
set
the
analyzers
speed
manually.
Note,
that
when
the
speed
is
set
manually,
traffic
at
different
speeds
will
not
be
captured
correctly.
When
“Trace
is
Not
Saved”
is
displayed,
this
means
that
the
trace
is
opened
for
viewing
in
Quick
View
mode,
but
it
has
not
been
saved
to
disk
yet.
