G-000 ‘1 to 2 control’ function
G-001 automatic switching internal time
G-002 adding-pump delay time
G-003 subtracting-pump delay time
Use [G-000] to select ‘1 to 2 control’ function. ‘1 to 2 control’ function means
that an AC Drive automatically control two motors according to feedback value. So
that PLC was spared to greatly simplify external circuits and relevant devices.
Firstly start up an AC Drive, then run another motor under power frequency
when meet any one of following situations: (1) output frequency equals to or higher
than upper limit frequency and duration time reaches [G-002] settings; (2) feedback
value is lower than or equals to lower limit value and duration time reaches [G-002]
settings. Then AC drive decelerates to lower limit frequency and carries out PID
regulation.
Automatically stop running motor under power frequency when meet any one
of following situations: (1) output frequency equals to or is lower than lower limit
frequency and duration time reaches [G-003] settings; (2) feedback value is higher
than or equals to upper limit value and duration time reaches [G-003] settings. Then
AC Drive accelerates to upper limit frequency and carries out PID regulation.
In the moment of adding a pump, decelerating the motor will effectively smooth
sudden water pressure rise away. In the moment of subtracting a pump, accelerating
the motor will effectively smooth sudden water pressure drop. As shown in following
figure.
