The motor
doesn’t work.
1. Wrongly connect lines of
input, output or phase-failure
occurs;
2. Over-burdened load or the
motor locked rotation;
3. EMS terminal has signal
input;
4. Set frequency as 0;
5. No output voltage of inverter
output terminal ;
6. Stop due to faults.
1.Please check input and output
wirings;
2.Please reduce the load;
3.Please chek if there is EMS signal
input;
4.Please check the correctness of
biasing (parameter E-031) and
gaining (parameter E-032);
5.Measure output voltage, confirm if
3-ph output is balanced;
6.If the fault happens, please run
gain after troubleshooting.
The motor
rotates in reverse
direction.
The sequence of output terminal
reverses.
Please adjust the wiring sequence of
U, V, W
The motor
rotates, but the
speed doesn’t
change.
1. The load is over-burdened;
2. The upper limit frequency
(b-010) is too low;
3. Frequency setting signal is too
low.

The motor can
not accelerate
