Enabling Security
Factory-set user security levels are described in

To enable security, set switch S1-1 on the Management card to On and a create a

Users can edit their password and retrieve information, or access any
command at the User security level.
Administration
Users are allowed to change configuration and issue User-level
commands.
Security
Users are allowed to modify the security database or download new
firmware and issue commands at any level.
