Making Ground and Power Connections

4. Tighten the captive screws located at the top and bottom of the card front panel.

Maximum Load Limits

The maximum loading configuration for the TimeHub shelves are listed below. The 
master shelf is only allowed to have a maximum of two pairs of NTP Server cards 
(090-55582-01) in the shelf at one time. The NTP cards must be separated by at 
least one pair of DS1/CC output cards (090-55581-01). For example, if the NTP 
Server cards are installed in slot A-1 and A-2, then the second pair must be in slot 
C-1 and C-2 or slot D-1and D-2. Or if the NTP Server cards are in Slot B-1 and B-2, 
the second pair must be in slot D-1 and D-2. The TimeHub Expansion Shelf has a 
maximum of three pairs of NTP Server cards separated by pairs of DS1/CC output 
cards.

Caution:

 To avoid possible damage and intermittent failures, ensure 

that you have completely inserted the card into the shelf and that you 
have securely tightened the captive screws.
