Check the inlet pump and drain pump in working condition, whether there is abnormal noise or
large vibration. According to the degree of abnormalities decide whether replace it or not.
Check inlet pipe filter. If there is a foreign body jam, you need to change the inlet pipe filter.
Check whether there is anything blocked in the condensate drain filter of two reagent areas. In the
middle reagent area hole 11th and active reagent area hole 9th, drainage filters are installed. If foreign
objects exist, tighten the filters with tweezers and clean the foreign objects on the surface. Then install
it back to its original position and gently press with the end of the tweezers.
Attention! When install the filter, do not use the sharp part of the tweezers!
4) Hook Maintenance
Before maintenance, please confirm the hook module positioning accuracy. Enter “ Hook ”Interface,
run “ Combine Test” twice. There shouldn’t be any stuck or drop of the cuvette.
If there is anything wrong, please check the following items by disassemble the hook module.
Briquetting Maintenance
Disassemble the manipulator, clean the manipulator briquetting and the surrounding stains;
FFC rotation cable check
Disassemble manipulator FFC rotation cable. Observe whether there are creases in the movement
area of the cable, excessive wear, scratching of the sheath, delamination and so on. If any of the above
phenomena, you need to replace the FFC cable.
After completing the inspection and maintenance, install the manipulator and check the positioning
in the debugging software. If there is any deviation, you need to reposition.
5) FFC cable maintain
Check the FFC cable repeatedly curled or folded parts, including the sample arm X direction, Y di-
rection, reagent arm X direction, Y direction, manipulator lateral movement.
Inspection methods: observe the FFC cable bending area repeated creases, excessive wear (sur-
face stains cannot be removed, and skin abrasion). Find FFC cable fatigue point of the sport, that is, the
process of bending the maximum angle position. Observe whether the location of the FFC cable is
excessive wear and tear, skin from the drum, delamination and so on.
If any of the above conditions occur, replace the FFC cable.
6) Machine positioning inspection
Enter the debugging software, select the “motor” option. Check accuracy of positioning of sample
probe, reagent probe, hook module.
Among them, there are 60 holes in sample area, 24 holes in middle le reagent, 1 hole in cleaning
position, and 20 holes in incubation area for sample probe positioning. There are 18 holes in active
reagent area, 1 hole n cleaning area, 8 holes in test area for reagent probe. There are 1 hole in hook
position, 20 holes in incubation area, 8 holes in test area, and 2 holes in waste area.
If you find that the location is not allowed, according to "debugging process" for positioning. Please
ensure that all components are positioned correctly.
7) Instrument cleansing
Clean up the stains in countertops, sample area and sample racks, reagent area and holes.
Clean the cuvette falling on the inner bottom of the instrument, test beads and other foreign matter
and stains.
