2.3 TEST PARAMETERS AND DILUTION FUNCTION SETTING
In the list of test items on the right, select the test item to set.
1) Analyze the parameters
Different methodologies have different analytical parameters
clotting parameters
Maximum time: test time-out;
Solidification type: According to the test item solidification strength, divided into normal, moderate,
weak three types, respectively, corresponding to the three test beads vibration intensity.
Optical method parameters;
Optical tests generally calculate the result by changing the data over a fixed period of time.
The first sampling point: This point is the first time point after the mixes and stabilizes and begins to
react;
Second sampling point: This point is the shortest time point for the measured object to react
smoothly or calculate the trend;
The above parameters need to be set according to the test items or reagent requirements.
The maximum number of tests
Test results can be re-tested to avoid erroneous test results when the test result exceeds the
measured maximum value or lower than the minimum value, or if the instrument has a test interruption
such as missing reagent, liquid wash alarm, man-made pause / stop,
Factory default value is "1", that is not repeat the test, greater than 1, repeat the test "n-1" times.
Attention! Retest function will increase reagent, sample consumption, please choose care-
fully according to the demand.
