6 SAMPLE PREPARATION
6.1 PREPARE THE PLASMA
1) Refer to "4.1 Sample Preparation" in "Precautions".
Note! Vacuum blood collection tube in the machine before the need to remove the cap.
2) the smallest sample size
Vacuum blood vessels were measured using a blood coagulation of 12 mm in diameter. The lowest
point of the sample needle was placed at a height of about 800 μl from the bottom of the test tube (ie,
the blood cell layer after centrifugation was not less tha
n 800 μl). To meet seven tests at least one test,
the total sample required 260μl, and to ensure that does not absorb the blood cell layer, the plasma
residue can not be less than 150μl, the total plasma of not less than 410μl about 5.5mm liquid height. If
do repeat analysis, then double the sample amount.
Note! The above conditions must be met at the same time.
WARNING: Air or blood cells may be aspirated if incorrectly labeled tubes are not used or
samples are under-sized, resulting in incorrect analysis.
6.2 PASTE THE BAR CODE
When using the sample barcode scanner, place the barcode label on the tube.
In order to ensure the correct reading bar code, bar code labels must be affixed to the diameter of
12mm hemagglutination determination of the vacuum blood collection tube in place.
As shown, placing the barcode label within the area A is considered as valid.
