2) Click the "Settings" button, pop-up "FIB calibration settings" dialog box;
3) test project calibration settings
calibration mode
The calibration mode is the curve fitting algorithm. At present, it supports three modes: linear, pol-
ynomial and spline curve. According to the requirements of test items, it chooses a reasonable calibra-
tion mode.
Scale
The XY coordinate system of the calibration curve graph, the concentration is the X axis and the
measured value is the Y axis;
According to the needs of the test project, select the ruler scale linear display or logarithmic display;
Testing frequency
Set the number of tests for each calibration point, if multiple measurements, the calculation of the
calibration curve using arithmetic mean.
Calibration point
When setting the calibration point, the number of calibration points should be different according to
different calibration modes. Among them, the linear calibration requires at least 2 points, polynomial
calibration requires at least 3 points, and the calibration requires at least 3 points. To ensure the accu-
racy of the test results, according to the test items and reagents required to set the appropriate number
of calibration points.
If there are not enough calibration points, when the calibration test is added, the dialog box "Insuf-
ficient Calibration Data" pops up.
4) Set the calibration point
According to the test items and calibrator specifications, select "calibrator."
If the calibrator is a single set of fixed-value plasma, you need to add them to the left-hand list by
setting the Dilution Ratio, and set the "buffer" for the dilution, as shown in the image to the left.
If the calibrator is a multi-branched, gradient-calibrated plasma, it is added to the list on the left by
selecting calibrators of different levels, as shown to the right.
If you add errors, you can use the "delete" button to delete. The addition of calibration points is
added sequentially, that is, the newly added calibration points are displayed in the last line, please pay
attention to the order of addition.
2.2 LOAD CALIBRATORS AND REAGENTS
Load the required calibrators and reagents for the test items, please refer to Chapter 2
