1) Click "Calibration" on the software interface to display the calibration interface;
2) Select the test items that need to check the calibration curve in the item list. For example, if the
"D-Dimer" item is used as an example, if the calibration curve already exists, the number of curves will
be displayed beside the item name. Click the drop-down menu , Shows a list of the calibration curve of
the project;
3) In the calibration curve list, the curve marked by "red dot" is the current application curve, the curve
marked by "green dot" is the storage curve but not applied, and the selection needs to be viewed
4) Click the "curve" interface will appear calibration curve graphics and related data;
5) Make sure to select the correct calibration curve, consistent with the batch number of the reagent on
the machine, and apply it;
6) Check the calibration curve of each test item in the same way.
If the calibration curve is not set correctly or there is no calibration curve, please set it according to
"Chapter 6 Calibration"
5 QUALITY CONTROL TEST
To ensure reliable analysis of the data, the need to perform quality control operations. Quality
control data can be used to monitor instrument and reagent system changes over time. For more details
of QC operation, please refer to "Chapter 5 QC".
